Kognitiv has supported my career growth by allowing me to gain new experiences that I haven't had the chance to in previous roles. I'm able to get involved with employer branding and taking the lead and initiative on some ideas. I'm also able to gain international recruitment experience, and connect with people from various countries. When I was interviewing and onboarding, I was asked several times as to how I wanted to grow my career in the talent space because Kognitiv really cares about your future and achieving your personal and professional goals.

Kognitiv has supported my career growth by allowing me to choose my path. I started at Kognitiv with no Workday knowledge and through trainings and shadowing learned Workday Financials. As I begun to get promoted as a Financials Consultant it was time to think about if I wanted to remain a consultant or start preparing to become a manager. I wasn't sure at fist which path I wanted to take but once I decided I wanted to become a manager my manager was very supportive and right away began preparing me by showing me all the tasks she did, having me shadow road mapping calls with clients, ect. Now as a manager I am still learning and being supported by being exposed to the tasks and responsibilities of the roles above my own. I know that no matter what path I want to take, Kognitiv will be there to support my journey there.
