What does growth and development look like here?

Growth and development is very much employee-directed. If you want to learn something, you share with your leader that you want to and they will (generally) support you with that! You can do or be whomever you wish to be at Kognitiv.

For example, I joined as a Business Consultant but knew I was very much capable of achieving the Senior level. I raised that with my manager and received the promotion within the first year. Then there was an opportunity for a Project Manager on the PMO team and I raised my hand to do that. I was interested in what a PM did because I thought I had a lot of skills that would transfer! Choosing that role offered me a ton of growth opportunities because of the different type of work it involved.

The key is, Kognitiv offers you opportunities. How do you want to grow or develop? What would you like to do with your career?
