Associate Integrations Consultant
When I first joined Kogntiv as an Associate Integrations Consultant, I had no Workday Experience and obviously, this was my question to my Hiring Manager as well. We were put in a Kognitiv's Core HCM Training, which was very in-depth.
The training takes you through various modules, and with each module you are given hands-on training, daily small assignments on your newly learned skills and at the end of each module you go through a practical test which includes you using all the knowledge gained during the past days to complete the practical problem. Once the training ends, there are some mock tickets thrown your way so that you get familiarized with the ticketing system as well, and also this is to judge your consulting skills as well.
During the end of the HCM training, the Integrations consultant were then put into Kognitiv's 4 week Integrations Bootcamp wherein we would work on different type of Integrations, setting them up, and customizing them to suit the needs of the project. The integrations boot camp had a similar path wherein we would be exposed to different concepts and have daily assignments and when the week ends we'll have graded practicals.
All the trainings are well paced so that you understand everything and have enough time to ask questions to the trainer. The trainers are also available to assist you after the training ends, so you'll never be stuck!
If you're worried about trainings, I would just want to assure you that just don't worry about it. Kognitiv's inhouse trainings have you all covered up!
