Describe the challenges you face in your role?

Biggest challenge that I face in my role is encountering new issues, which is almost daily with consulting work. But it is a learning opportunity, and that is where I get exited to solve the problem. It is the most satisfying and motivating to provide solutions for a client, and to do my job in the best way possible.
