While looking through the Job Description, I felt aligned with Kognitiv's Core Values and Goals. I went on to search for company reviews on Glassdoor and other websites and I was impressed with the positive feedback that current and previous employees had for Kognitiv.
Along with the satisfaction of being aligned with the company goals, I had previous experience with the work that I was expected to do here, and for me, that was a very good match, hence I decided that I wanted to be here.
