Hello and great question!

We focus on creating an environment where people can be themselves without fear of judgment. Our core value of authenticity is at the heart of this, encouraging everyone to bring their truest self to work. We believe people perform better when they’re able to be who they are, and if we wanted you to be someone else, we would have hired someone else.

As a fully remote company, people have the freedom to show up as their best and most authentic selves every day. Our culture is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and trust. This means that no matter your background or identity, we’re all here to support one another and do great work together.

In terms of specific actions, we regularly make charitable contributions based on employee nominations. We’ve supported LGBT-focused groups as a direct result of this, and we've also supported Pride month and education around Pride each year. We also host in-person events a few times a year that foster genuine connections, and these gatherings are grounded in the same values of inclusivity and respect.

Overall, we aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to bring their full selves to work every day.
