Please tell me about a project you recently completed?

I worked on a BIRT - Business Intelligence Report for a comp process which was using two different variants one which is available to Managers before the process wasn't completed. Same report should be visible to employees after the process was finalized. Both the reports require two different data sources so the output/fields would behave different. To optimize, we selected the layout fields mapped to the report in a way that the xml alias remains the same even though some of the fields are different. So a single BIRT file can be used for both the reports and is easier to maintain for future years.
