Hello - For me, career growth discussions started right from the interview process and it happens almost for everyone as well depending on area of interest. I wanted to be a manager as a career goal and Kognitiv let me know day 1 on duties and responsibilities I should be working on to achieve my goal, at the same time managers and directors are always available to support your long vision career growth plan.
At Kognitiv, you have different career paths that you can decide to proceed with and your manager gives you advice at regular intervals, we have weekly 1 on 1s and usually once a month we talk about growth progress during those calls. Your personality/talent could be suited for functional, technical, leadership or management and sometimes you want to make a switch at some point in time, Kognitiv fully supports your change of interest and sits down with you to discuss an action plan which will help you transition and succeed in a different role as well.
