Kognitiv is unique in that there are career paths that don't necessarily involve management, which I have seen as the only opportunity for advancement in my previous jobs. At Kog, there are clearly defined career progression guides so you know what is required to get to that next step. Managers and leaders have open and honest discussions with their employees about what their goals and aspirations are, and will work with you to reach those goals.

This is the place for HRIS people (like me). In a company, there is only so much ladder you can climb before you have exhausted your options. Are you a Workday fanatic? Do you have hustle and/or big dreams? Kognitiv has many plans available. You can become more expert in your field/module of choice, pursue people management, join the blogging crew, swing over to marketing. The options and opportunities go on and on.
