Studied Electronics and Instrumentation engineering, started as Oracle database developer with more than a decade of experience. Worked with entertainment, health, top technology clients and moved to Workday space. Around 5 years with WD Adv Comp as core competency apart from HCM. Now I am good with BIRT, Reporting, Security, Recruiting, Adaptive as my strengths.

I work with different industry clients on their Workday HR configuration as a functional consultant. Advanced Compensation is my core area. HCM, BIRT, Reporting, Security, Adaptive, Recruiting and Absence are some of the modules I do work on day to day.
With a large portfolio of clients and their needs I get to learn their business, their different challenges and solve for their challenges.

Re-worked on Adv Comp impl for a global client in short notice
When a new compensation administrator took over, they realized their process wasn’t configured to meet their needs. That’s when they turned to us. We rolled out around 15 iterations of compensation reviews, gathering their feedback through calls, making adjustments, and fine-tuning the process to their satisfaction. Since it was their first time using Workday, we also provided thorough training—showing them how the process could be achieved seamlessly, including all necessary pre-checks and post-checks.
