My journey into the world of HR tech started with an MBA in HR, where I discovered my passion for the IT side of human resources. During campus placements, fate smiled on me with an offer in Workday Consulting, and I jumped at the chance! My first big adventure was leading the end-to-end implementation of the Workday Benefits module across 30+ countries, which was nothing short of exhilarating. Over the next few years, I specialized in Benefits while also navigating the intricate web of cross-module dependencies, and that’s when I realized just how vast and powerful Workday truly is. This ignited a fire to learn, explore, and dive deeper into other Workday modules. So, I set out on a mission to find a role that would help me expand my expertise – and that’s how I landed at Kog, ready to tackle new challenges and continue my Workday journey!

As a Senior Business Consultant, I bring expertise across a range of Workday modules—Benefits, HCM, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting—while focusing on much more than just providing solutions. My goal is to empower clients with the what, why, and how of their challenges, enabling them to solve problems and confidently manage their systems on their own. At Kognitiv, I’ve been encouraged to explore new areas, stretch my skills, and take on diverse projects. From troubleshooting technical issues to implementing innovative solutions, no two days are ever the same, and each one brings a fresh challenge and a valuable learning opportunity.

You can’t be a know-it-all, so my advice is simple: Be a Lifelong Learner. Stay curious, keep exploring, and never be afraid to ask for help. My journey from an MBA in HR to diving into Workday Consulting has taught me that there’s always something new to learn. The key is to stay curious, ask questions, and keep growing because when you’re constantly learning, there’s no limit to what you can achieve!

I’ve been with Kognitiv for just over a year now, and in that time, I had the amazing opportunity to work on five open enrollments, each with its own set of challenges.
