Hi Casey, I'm not on the sales team but wanted to give you another perspective. On the technical side, we also help support our sales team by always being there to assist in a technical capacity. For example, as Vanessa was working on a sale to a client, I jumped in whenever she felt that additional technical expertise was needed to help move the sales process along. All of us on the tech side are happy to help in this capacity, so we do not leave our sales colleagues hanging out to dry!
