The most enjoyable aspects of my day-to-day role is that every day is different, never boring, and always a learning opportunity. Each morning I look forward to sitting down at my computer to see what's on my agenda. Some days it may be more break/fix tickets, while the next day might be extensive configuration, or participation in client design sessions. And every day I make sure to take time to myself to step away from work and refresh. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work that challenges me.
