What's the hardest part of your role?

That is a difficult question as I have been pretty happy with my role. I get to work on a variety of different projects exposing me to different technologies, and I get the support I need from my team and Kog management when I am working on a challenging project.

However, I have always wanted more face to face interactions as I am a people person. And now with more clients and people preferring video calls, I have started enjoying the meetings and have built great relationships.
