Product Lead - Reporting and Analytics

The greatest challenge I had in the last three months was to provide critical reporting training to our internal consultants. A large part of my role is to help increase internal knowledge with regards to Workday reporting. The challenge was (and always will be) to design trainings in such a way as to be consumable, and immediately applicable, by individuals with different levels of proficiency and familiarity with the system. The challenge led to the personal reward of knowing that those that took the trainings were able to apply it right away for their own work.
