Great question! Multiple factors motivate me to do well in my job! Primarily having a team of industry (Workday) experts around me makes me want to grasp as much knowledge as possible, implementing the same excites me. Another factor is being able to work on numerous clients in such varied industries, understanding their business, work culture, etc. It posses a new challenge everyday. Also, receiving the opportunity to work on new technologies within or outside Workday is super motivating. Last but not the least, solving client issues on a daily basis teaches me something new almost everyday. I believe, Staying motivated is critical to your success in any role!
