Ever since I jumped to the consulting side it has been different from the client side. Working on numerous tenants and clients at the same time has surely given me better exposure to a lot of aspects within Workday as well as how companies operate in general. I also took the internal PRISM certification offered by Kognitiv which was something that I always wanted to learn. Another area that I have improved a lot is my BIRT skills. Overall, I have gained a lot of consulting and technical skills since joining the company 1.5 years ago.
