Workday has grown very fast and we see a lot of clients with outdated configuration. I think that we have a ton of opportunities related to the enhancement of client tenants to bring them up to speed.

There used to be a time when Partners would talk about "stabilization" as if there was some magical time when a tenant would be "perfect'. I know much better now that Workday is constantly evolving and it's nearly impossible to stay ahead of that unless you have the resources to staff-up.

So Kognitiv can help clients get those enhancements and tenant updates configured by doing the heavy lifting. It's what we do every day! And it continues to be a massive opportunity for us as Workday continues to implement new things.
