Workday Financials Manager
Hi! This would depend on the level of consultant the person was. For an associate business consultant, I would want them to come in with an eagerness to learn. They will not only be learning Workday via our boot camp but also how to be a consultant so keeping an open mind and acting like a sponge throughout all that is important. For more senior consultants, I would hope they are willing to hop in and get their hands dirty. Depending on the role that might mean jumping into a client project or helping us to develop more trainings. An overall expectation would be to be a team player. This means helping other consultants when they are stuck, allowing associate consultants to shadow your work and being able to work alongside consultants from other areas (Integrations, payroll, ect.) on larger projects.

Head of Talent
We do hire Workday "freshers". We do two classes a year - one in June and one in January. We hire a mix of college grads and experienced hires looking to transition into the Workday ecosystem. You can learn more about our Associate Program here - https://careers.kognitivinc.com/early-careers
