As an extrovert working remotely, it's incredibly important to me to develop quality relationships with various people. Our internal Slack channels help us find others with similar interests, which helps those relationships develop.

My relationship with my current team is really good. Although new to their group, I feel welcome and a true team member. I feel valued and appreciated.

I have friendly relationships with other non-team members because of our similar interests or personalities, and we keep in touch occasionally through DMs.

No matter your personality type or the area you work in, there's always an opportunity to develop the relationships you desire as long as you put in the effort to do so.
