The main advantage I have seen is the opportunity to drive your own career forward in the way you want to. As long as you're continually striving to better yourself, it helps the company, and they'll be happy to see you grow and find your niche in the Workday ecosystem.
Paid benefits -- like health, dental, PTO, and profit sharing -- are just icing on the cake. I think it's most important to be happy and supported day-to-day, and we have that!
