So many things are unique about Kognitiv! One that comes to mind is that we all work remotely! Although there's a Massachusetts office that local employees can work from, everyone else is located somewhere in the USA, Canada and India. It makes for an eclectic and culturally-diverse workforce that we can all learn from.

What I love most about Kognitiv is also what makes it so different from other companies! The collaborative culture allows employees to find support with any topic/issue. We have slack channels dedicated to every functional area, office hours to promote teamwork/knowledge transfers/creativity, and small close-knit teams that know their client's tenants very well - making it easy to help each other out.
