The best thing that happened at work this week was my manager taking the whole week off! Don't get me wrong, I adore my manager, but it's afforded me the opportunity to step up with our team and be a bit more hands on than I normally would. Leading our team call, being point on any questions they have, working with a wider variety of clients in an administrative capacity - it's been a nice change of pace! I'm already looking forward to the next time my manager needs a very well deserved vacation!
