Having never worked for a competitor, I can't make an accurate comparison. I can tell you that Kognitiv is unique in that as consultants, we are given the freedom and opportunity to learn and explore any Workday module of interest. If a consultant has extensive knowledge of one particular area, they are not required to stay in that silo. We can provide advisory support in our area of expertise, while learning new modules along the way. I have learned something new about Workday every day that I've worked at Kog.
