This is an excellent question! Active listening, clear communication, creative thinking and time management are all soft skills that will aid you in making the transition to consulting with Kog. Making sure you understand the client's needs, are able to clearly and concisely communicate with them, can think outside the box and manage multiple clients/tickets at once are all extremely important.
