Can you give me some tips on what the company values?

I think Kog really values being true to yourself and not trying to fit into the 'mold' of a perfect consultant. We're all weird and wacky and unique and Kog encourages us to express ourselves and be genuine! Kog also really values accountability - act like an owner is one of our core values. That phrase can sound intimidating, but at it's heart it means that we're empowered to make decisions and take ownership to fix our mistakes when they happen. I think one of our company values is often overlooked because a lot of organizations claim it as a value: Transparency. Kognitiv Inc. truly is transparent.
