What kind of soft skills will help me succeed?

Any amount of soft skill will help you succeed here at Kognitiv. I would say the ones that have been the most beneficial to me have been Problem Solving, Active Listing, Dependability, and Confidence. The first three may not be a surprise, but that last one is a gotcha! When I came to Kog, I was faced with major imposter syndrome. This caused some issues with trusting my work and feeling like I could authoritatively respond to my clients. Knowing that we hired you for a reason and that you should trust your skills will help you bust through the first few weeks/months.
