Additional information

I'm a mom of two with recent training in Workday HCM. After a 4.5-year career break, I'm excited to re-enter the workforce and looking for entry-level or internship opportunities to grow in this space. I'd love to learn about any openings or tips you might have!

Hi there!

Yes, we do offer an Early Careers Program designed for people who are excited about starting a career as a Workday Consultant. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the role, and you’ll be matched with a mentor to support you as you grow and begin working with clients.

You can learn more on our Early Careers page, and don’t forget to register your interest for our 2026 cohorts! We also recommend checking out the Q&A section—lots of great insights there from others who’ve asked similar questions over the years.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

That's awesome you're looking to jump into the Workday realm and are interested in Kognitiv. I similarly made the jump a couple years ago and it has been a rewarding choice! I didn't have any prior Workday or HR experience, but I was passionate about helping solve problems and interested in learning. If you look through some of the previous discussions, there is some more information about how to get into Workday in addition to joining Kognitiv's early careers program. When I joined Kognitiv a couple years ago, I came from a totally unrelated profession (architecture/design) and went through Kognitiv's Associate class where they trained us and set us up for success to grow in the company. When I was looking to make the jump, I did some research online (google) of what Workday was and various videos and info online to try to catch me up to speed to make sure it was something I would enjoy doing (which it was!). Now that I'm in the ecosystem, there are plenty of blogs on our site about Workday in addition to a lot of info on Linkedin that are posted by people at Kog and others in the Workday ecosystem. If after doing your research, you find that it's still something you want to do, definitely check out our Early Careers page and register your interest for our 2026 cohort to stay up to date for when we start the the recruitment process.
