How to stand out your application for 2026 Early Careers program?

As a career changer myself when I joined Kognitiv a few years ago and no prior Workday experience, I made sure it was clear what traits/skills from my prior experiences could translate in this new role (i.e. problem solving, working on multiple projects with overlapping timelines, collaborating well with others, etc.). I would say that any prior experience in Workday and consulting would be a plus, but from my perspective if you're able to present cross disciplines that are applicable to this type of role, you should be on your way for success!

I have no prior Workday experience but I am very much interested in learning the product. I have experience as an Implementation Manager for SaaS based products. Hopefully, I could translate my skills into success and bring value to the organization.
