How do you ensure that junior employees contribute their ideas?

Our junior employees are encouraged to ask questions and speak up during client calls or during internal brainstorming sessions. Managers usually have regular one on ones with employees and constantly check on them for ideas or concerns. There are weekly Associate office hours as well that are meant specially for Associates to bring ideas or ask questions. Overall associates are treated in the same way as other consultants with more experience. Happy to share more details if you have further questions on the same.
