What motivates you about your role?

I find it motivating when speaking with a prospective client and they are so amazed by the services and solutions we can provide them with. That alone is a huge motivator, and makes my work as a sales executive feel extremely impactful. The collaboration and support across the organization is also a huge motivating point, as everyone is working together towards achieving common goals. It is so important to feel passionate about your work, which in my opinion leads to continued motivation! Kognitiv is also great at recognizing and compensating their employees.

The biggest motivator for me here at Kognitiv is the combination of helping clients and learning all at the same time. I am motivated by challenges, and find that I each day brings in new areas for growth. I look forward to supporting clients and improving their Workday experience, all while building my own knowledge bank. Working at Kognitiv is never boring and that makes it a fun place to work and I feel motivated to sit down at my desk every day.
