I really enjoy working with others who are positive-minded people that are proactive and enthusiastic about the work they do. Even if someone is unsure how to do something or where to even start, just having the mindset and courage to jump in and start looking into the problem/solution or even reaching out to another team member to steer you in the right direction has been essential in my success thus far. In my first year in the Workday ecosystem and at Kognitiv, I've quickly learned there is so much to continually learn and we are provided the necessary tools/resources to deliver for our clients as long as you are willing to dive in or ask for help!

I expect future colleagues to bring a collaborative spirit, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication, a willingness to share knowledge, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment are qualities I value.
Additionally, a positive and respectful attitude towards team dynamics, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential for creating a harmonious and productive work atmosphere.
Overall, a combination of technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and a shared dedication to our collective goals will contribute to a cohesive and high-performing team.
