Hello Esha,

I appreciate your interest in reaching out and your willingness to learn more!

In my previous organization, my role wasn’t in Core HR, but it did involve a lot of Workday support. However, I’m more than happy to guide you as you explore a transition into the Workday ecosystem.

To get started, I recommend the Workday Basics Series course. If Infosys uses Workday and you have access to it as a Recruiter, take some time to explore the interface and understand how things work on the platform.

Additionally, the Workday Community has excellent resources if you have access. You can also check out insightful podcasts from Kognitiv – Everyday Superheroes on Spotify and Apple Music for further learning.

Beyond this, I encourage you to apply for our "Associate Business Consultant" role, which is open to college hires and professionals eager to switch to a Workday career. Once selected, you’ll have access to internal training and certification programs, along with a supportive team to help you along the way.

Wishing you all the best! 😇 Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Hi Lily,

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this! Really appreciate it. I have already started with Workday Basic Series and the Kognitiv podcast- that's super helpful.

Also, the Associate Consultant Program sounds like a great opportunity and perfect place to start my Workday career! I’ve applied for it, and I’m excited about the possibility of making this switch. I'd love to stay connected and learn more from your experience as I navigate this transition. Would it be okay to connect on LinkedIn? 😇
