Even without tenant access, you can still keep learning. I’d suggest focusing on Workday Community (if you have access), release notes, and product documentation to strengthen your knowledge of how the system works. You can also build transferable skills in reporting, Excel, or SQL, since those apply directly in Workday. And don’t underestimate the value of connecting with others, since user groups, LinkedIn communities, and Workday blogs are great ways to learn from real-world examples until you’re back in a tenant.
