Describe the opportunities to learn from more senior employees?

Kognitiv is all about collaboration and knowledge sharing. Our product leads conduct at least 1 office hours session per week for almost all functional areas for consultants to come and troubleshoot any issues that they are facing. We also have a blog where consultants share their experiences, give tips and tricks to resolve certain issues. There are occasional brown bag sessions held for new processes or if a consultant has implemented a unique solution for a client. For day to day questions, employees can directly reach out to the seniors in their teams or we do have slack channels for each functional area where product leads or other consultants address issues.
