Thanks for the great question! Here at Kognitiv, we have the position of "Product Lead" for each of the major functional areas (Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, etc.) in Workday. The teammates chosen for this role have demonstrated outstanding knowledge and superb capability in these areas. Part of the Product Lead responsibilities include developing and delivering training to the rest of the Kognitiv Consultants. As someone who has taken both Workday training (including Pro track credentialing) as well as these internal Kognitiv trainings, I can say that our Kog training courses are every bit as comprehensive and rigorous as the Workday courses! Our Kognitiv Product Leads also monitor our internal communication channels for consultant questions/ bids for assistance and are frequently available to help answer questions/ troubleshoot/ assist when a consultant is having trouble or needs more information. They also hold regular "Office Hours" every week, and anyone in the company can attend in order to get hands-on assistance or ask a question.
Aside from our fantastic Product Leads, our internal communication channels (some of which are organized by Workday functional area) are a way for any consultant to reach out to anyone else in the company. So, even if a Product Lead isn't available, there is likely another consultant with the type of experience needed to help! Kognitiv also holds occasional "Brown Bag" sessions that allow any consultant experienced in a particular area (doesn't have to be a Product Lead) to share their experience with others and create opportunities for shared learning across the organization.
Finally, there is our Kog Blog, which is publicly shared on our website and a resource for our clients as well as our consultants! Kog Blog articles are written by consultants all across the company, and are meant to share insights and tips on a variety of Workday features and topics.
Kognitiv wholeheartedly embraces continued learning via these avenues, and I've found that my own learning accelerated exponentially when I joined Kognitiv!
