End of Year processes can be stressful and time consuming. It is our busiest time of year. If you are client side and know the pain of Performance reviews, Compensation Reviews (bonus, merit, stock, etc.), coupled with Benefits Open Enrollment, followed by tax season and ACA reporting, you know that there is a lot of work tied to the end of the year. We feel that at KOG. Every client brings a level of complexity and then you have to balance that work around the same level of effort for your other clients. End of year is CRAZY!
