What’s the best thing that happened at work this week?

We help each other. We frequently give each other feedback on the support we give one another. I provided a sanity check call with a co-worker. I was delighted to get some kudos on our public forum in return. The feedback wasn't expected, but it was nice to receive recognition for just being a good person. Life at Kog means never having to go at it alone.

Social Call / Happy Hour with a small group of team members! Working remote is a big challenge these days and here at KOG we try to do our best to be socially engaged. Managers take an effort to schedule these social calls within their team or department where we talk about non-work stuff and get to know about each other.
