Not seeing my hilarious, genuine, caring team every day! Don't get me wrong, I adore working from home. The freedom and flexibility it provides is more than I could have ever hoped for. But sometimes, it's hard not to see my team members face to face! Luckily, we have a slack chat that's always buzzing, so that helps.
