What is the work environment like?

Kognitiv has an amazingly collaborative work environment, despite the fact that everyone works remotely. We are encouraged to maintain open lines of communication with our coworkers and managers. When I first started working here I was hesitant to ask questions in our Slack channels for fear of appearing unexperienced, but I quickly learned that questions are encouraged. We all want each other to succeed, and support our clients in the best way possible. We work hard but have the flexibility of working when and where suits us best, as long as we are meeting our client's needs.
